How do Entrust VMCs work?

VMCs are based on the widely used Brand Indicators for Message Identification (BIMI) standard, which allows a verified logo to be displayed in an email. This helps to ensure the authenticity of email conversations.

You can get VMCs from Entrust as follows:

Send your registered trademark logo. Your company logo must be registered with a trusted regional trademark office.
Your sender domain must adhere to the Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting and Conformance (DMARC) standards. You will need a DMARC entry with "p=quarantine" or "p=reject".
The CA performs high-assurance validation.

Note: Entrust does not accept registrations from all trademark offices. Only trademarks registered with trusted territorial offices are confirmed.
